Tam
We always used Ken Hom, bit of a plitter but worth it. Pluck & clean Duck, season & steam to remove fat deep fry till crispy http://www.talktalk....omatic-duck/264 To b e totally honest this works out cheaper http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=265213757 but without all the fun Edited November 7, 2012 by Tam
Tod
usually boil the duck for a good 2 - 3 hours so its falling off the bone then shred it and mix with some soy sauce a little olive oil and a little 5 spice and put it under a hot grill to crisp up, serve with pankakes with hoi sin sauce and matchstick cucumber pieces
