A few days ago my CD DVD-Rom stopped working on my lap-top.

I phoned PC world (£1.50per min) & said what had happened he asked me had i installed iTunes at about the same time this happened, my Wife had.

He took Me through the steps to correct the fault & all is fine now.

Just thought i'd let you all know incase the same happens to any of you.

It happened to us when my wife got her iPod and I had a few problems when we downloaded the newer version.Basically when listening to the radio and opening IE on the comp the music goes all juddery until I click onto some other page.

I think it`s to do with the differences between apple and other PC`s(but what do I know) :good:

I am distrustful. It maybe that some of you have lots of unauthorised MP3 files which you hoovered off the internet back in the good old days of bitorrent, kazaa and napster when the internet was the wild west.

I think that the ITunes catalogue function simply sniffs all your music and if you are naughty and have unauthorised music then your name goes off to the MCPA and their lawyers will then send you a bill.

I got a free "tune voucher" with Coca Cola.

I don't have, nor want, iTunes, so if anyone wants a free tune here is the info...first come /first served.

Register on coca-cola.co.uk/music

Enter your song code for validation on iTunes..Song Code DDTZHLLHNCNL

Choose your song and download it.
