Dave T
Hi, I've just bought a new 455 Evo .22LR - I have enormous hands and have to have all my shotgun grips extended. The thumbhole stock is much more comfortable for me and fits like a glove - only problem is that I'd like the trigger half an inch further forward but as I can't do that I've put an aluminium trigger shoe on. The rifle is excellent and I love the blue laminate stock cos I'm a tart

mick miller
There we go then, the thumb hole is the marmite of rifle stocks. But the cz is king of rimfires!
artschool
great choice on the sako quad, I have one in 22lr. only other hmr I would have suggested is a blaser r93 with hmr conversion kit.
Gimlet
There we go then, the thumb hole is the marmite of rifle stocks. But the cz is king of rimfires! Well yes, in the same way that the Ford Escort is the king of cars because everybody's had one. Nothing wrong with it of course, the wheels go round, the radio works and it will get you to work at the appointed hour: its all the car you'll ever need. But the world is a better place for having Audis, Volvos and Beemers to choose from as well though. B)
mick miller
I'm not sure that Volvo should be in that list. I once heard someone say that if you only swapped two vowels it would aptly describe the ***** that drive them.
wildfowler.250
I'd get a CZ, they also do a varmint model in 452 which might be a bit bigger. Tbh if I had extra money to spend I'd get a weihrauch it Annie though Just noticed you got the sako. Hope you like it Edited February 18, 2013 by wildfowler.
Gimlet
I'm not sure that Volvo should be in that list. I once heard someone say that if you only swapped two vowels it would aptly describe the ***** that drive them. Sako = Volvo. Scandanvian looks and design quirks, but can't argue with the quality. Weihrauch = Audi. Same quality as the Beemer but slightly cheaper. An upstart but a good one. Anshutz = Beemer. The standard setter. CZ (Of today) = Ford. Where everyone loses their virginity. Does what it says on the tin. CZ (of 20 years ago) = Trabant... One for the comrades. Krico = Vintage Merc with vertical headlamps. T Bolt = General Motors runabout. Flimsy bodywork and column shift. Ruger 10/22 = Chrysler. Chistmas cracker transport for the masses. Vintage BSA, tatty with 4 X 32 Tasco, £50 ono = Morris 1000 found in chicken shed, starts first time.
