If its a comp I need every advantage I can find, so the more shot in the air I might actually hit something. Why not compromise Neil, drop a shot size to 6 and Winchester do a 53g. Haven't checked the tables but 53g of 6s will have lots more pellets than 32g 7s. On a serious note, as it's not a registered shoot there is no load restriction unless the ground imposes one which most do, usually 28g shot size greater than 6. You'd be amazed at how many empty 30 & 32g cases you see in the bins at practice shoots and at the loads the top shots use at game fairs and country show type shoots, especially if fibre wad restricted, 36 and 42g are not uncommon.
