'Converted' golf trolly

Photo's of the golf trolly that I purchased from Sports Direct for £17.99. All I did was fix a piece of wood to the bottom, where the golf bag would sit. I intend fitting a bigger piece of wood once I get some. There are other dearer trolly's available that have 'air' tyres, but this one will suit all my needs. It's very lightweight.

Photo's show

(1) The extra base fitted.

(2) Without the base.

(3) Trolly folded down.

(4) Trolly fully extended.

That looks like a useful bit of kit for carrying decoy equipment Steve (And cheap enough too) but I doubt that it would be of much use to me on my permissions as the land is quite wet and soft at the best of times - Much is the pity!

I agree about using it on wet/soft ground. I was going to buy one with bigger air inflated tyres, but for the amount of times it would get used, I decided against it. Most of the time, I can drive to where I want to set up and then just unload my gear.

have to say, been there, done that, threw away

great on a nice flat field, well a bit like a golf course, but on a normal farmers field, either planted or not, way too much hassle, kept tipping over as it was being dragged

I agree with you, but most of the fields that I will cross are more or less flat, as they are used just for grazing. On a ploughed or muddy ground, I think it would fail.
