The Essex Hunter
I have shot this farm since I was a young lad but never with the rifle, the people who farm it have a very large pheasant shoot on there land with some of the drives coming off this farm. I saw 2 foxes the night before and spoke to him yesterday morning about them, “if you see them shoot them please” I text him where I left them as I am sure he will want to check!! al4x
nice going is that a vixen with cubs the top one? I've a similar situation where I have just got the ok to shoot on two farms next door which is nice as I've been shooting their foxes when they come onto ours for years but the keeper likes knowing what I've clobbered as it saves him going out to sit for one I've recently shot or like last week 3 that I've shot coming from his
The Essex Hunter
Very good work mate! What the hell did you shoot the top one with, a bazooka? Well home loads just don’t cut the mustard!! Factory rounds in a gun out the box….. (Alex) I told the farmer what direction they came from, so the keeper will have to get off his nice new gator and walk for a change!! TEH you want to try some of my homeloads in that case Its nice when you are out regularly and the more you are out the more you spot the routes certain foxes use, shooting them after that is usually pretty simple
