hi all

went out last night to another farm that had been cut a week or so now..

i was expecting a good night as its a fair size farm and we tend to take a few foxes of here each year but we had heard a rumor that other folk where shooting the foxes this must have been true as it was dead

we spotted one fox that didn't stick around long and made his way back into the hedge and off ...but then a hour later and a few calls this chap came walking out of cover .

once again head shot was taken as it was the best option...

thanks all andy

Accurate head shot andy.......same thing here at the minute , expect to see a few but its quiet , hopefully more will show when it gets a bit colder.

it was one of them shots where he was blending in a bit with the hedge and the head was clear so open head surgery was taken place ....

Good shooting Andy, is that a set of quad sticks you are using ? Havn't tried them yet but was thinking of trying a set, bipod prone I am steady as a rock but off shooting sticks when I look through scope it's like I am on the big dipper lol !!

there peanuts to make get the sticks from bq il send you some rubbers if you want .. on quad stick all the weight of the gun is taken up front and back so all you need to do it point it in the right direction ..... use them once they will be out every trip
