old rooster
Anybody else getting deluged with phishing emails saying that you need to confirm Paypal details? An obvious con, they ask you to fill in and return the attached document which asks for all your credit card and banking details. I guess that it must fool some people or they wouldn't bother doing it. If you do get these it is worth forwarding to spoof@paypal.com and spoof@paypal.co.uk as it helps to keep them up to date with the scams going on and to warn customers. countryman
Yes, i have had these on a few times, what gets me is that someone is trying to rob you, but next to nothing ever gets done about it. Chris

norfolk dumpling
Police won't do anything unless you were studio enough to hand over dosh - then there is a crime. There are just too many of them and majority start out in bongo bongo land (can i say that) so nought police could do anyway.
