figgy
Any fab shop will do that for you. Or you can order custom ones online, I came across them when looking for bits for my Sx 3 as I kept getting my thumb stuck. Don't know the exact site. kent
Is it a modification or welding repair? I see no two parts broken apart, I might be able to tell you how at home without any welding but I know nothing of Practical shotgun requirements

Markbrowning
Nothing is broken, just a modification to stop the "Benelli thumb" that semi circle at the end traps your thumb when loading and it ******* hurts! C-rums in the USA sold them but has now stopped sending them out to the Uk. Have already asked over at four islands Yes yes I can do that, and can polish or shotblast it too. drop me a pm Top man. Will send you a message tomorrow Cheers

kent
Got it! ok consider using two pack compound as used to repair castings, but a neat welded in and blasted section will be more attractive they both do the same job. You guys must stuff them up pretty fast, I haven't ever done that with cold hands in the dark (not even wearing gloves!)
