remmyman
that was tom knapp.poor man is dead now,age 62 By all accounts not only was he one of the greatest 'trick shooters' ever but also a thoroughly nice, modest and humble man. goodo123
I don't mean no disrespect to these trick shots but although at first it may seem really difficult it isn't when you study it. First the launch of the clay, it's done by the shooter so he knows exactly where to throw them, he also can't throw them fast or very far, second the target, he knows exactly where he put them and they are pretty much all going to be falling verticaly down at the same rate at the distance and height he threw them, thirdly the behind the head/upside down etc shots, you've set the distance, height etc you know your aimpoint when shooting these normally, granted you will have to learn the aimpoint in relation to the gun in a different position but after a few thousand on exactly the same target I can't see it being much of an issue. I'm not saying I could do this, I couldn't afford the practice and probably wouldn't have the patience, just when you break it down it doesn't seem as impossible. If anyone could shoot targets that fast coming out of traps they haven't seen and haven't practiced then I would be impressed, after all 6-10 clays are 6-10 clays right? Don't forget to have a look at YouTube to see how truly awesome the Americans are at this.

figgy
380,000 carts through a semi auto gun. Many in Argentina on the dove shooting do more in their lifetime. Triggers broom me thinks. Figgy

I'm not saying it's easy but just not as impossible as these trick shooters make out.
