Big Gnat
Absolutely raging ! Two weeks ago Royal Mail lost a parcel I sent. It was a 400cc rapid bottle I had sold on the bay for £50. I stupidly sent it 1st class but not recorded. After completion of claim forms , quote from shop and a description print off from eBay I received £20. I was disappointed as at the moment money is tight as I'm out of work. Anyway I had another to sell and put that on eBay, it went for £45 . Just received a letter from the Royal Mail , they have destroyed it ! As its dangerous, why was I not informed of their regulations 2 weeks earlier ? Feel like I've been kicked in the *** when I'm down.
Big Mat
I dare say you can probably get them for the full amount if they have destroyed it!
Gordon R
It makes a change from them stealing parcels.

Big Mat
no one but thats the only reason they would have to destroy it ............... I don't think Royal Mail need a reason, from my experiences they'll do whatever they damn well please!
countryman
As i have said before people, don't use Royal mail for gun items, they have serious issues with guns and parts, they don't follow there own rules. Chris
