welshwarrior
It could be all of them. If you have a spare scope try that no improvement. Remove mod. Nothing clean it all out. But first try lots of different types of ammo some 22s are fussy *******.
Lucky Sniper
Ensure the mod is tight. If not it will always change the harmonics of the rifle. If no improvement take the mod of and try that, next Scope, then clean then ammo. What rifle is it? Lucky Sniper
Same rifle as I have. Mine loves CCI 40GR I use the segmented and they are really accurate. More expensive than normal 22 ammo but they stop the rabbits every time Where abouts are you. U can try some of mine if close enough
bullet23
Same rifle as me also!! I use mine more than any gun I have.I tryed the cci's and fiocci rounds and still went back to the Winchester subs, found them the best for me anyway! Like the other lad said take the mod of and try it but I would still give the barrel a brush out then clean it with some light gun oil or solvent , then put a few rounds down it to reset the barrel. Lucky Sniper
just another possible cause. Make sure the scope is not touching the barrel or if you have scope covers on make sure they are not touching the barrel. It has to be free floating

Dekers
It could be many things, including you. Just the same, if it is new to you but used, the first thing I would do is clean it, thoroughly, everywhere! Then make sure everything is tightly affixed. Tighten all the gun screws 3. Tighten all the scope screws 4. Check the mod is tight on. 5. Check for barrel touching the stock in the fore end (free floating should be able to run a piece of paper down the gap without friction) 6. Check the crown of the muzzle hasn't got any damage 7. Try different ammo 8. Get someone else to shoot it
bruno22rf
Push a length of fishing line up the barrel from the muzzle end (remove the bolt first) make a loop and tie a knot-put a small piece of cloth soaked in bore cleaner into the loop and pull back thru the barrel-do this a couple of times and then use dry strips of cloth until they emerge clean. Strip and clean the bolt assembly (youtube shows you how) then check the mounting screws are tight on the gun (x2) and the scope. Remove the Mod and use either RWS or Eley subs to check for accuracy-you should find 1/2" groups are possible at 50 yards in still conditions. You could consider fitting a trigger kit to further improve matters but the above usually works p.s. don't forget to put 10-15 shots down the barrel before doing any serious zeroing work after cleaning the bore-allow the barrel to cool between shots when zeroing-10 seconds should suffice.
