goldypurple
I have recently finished paying a loan off with natwest, quite a large one I got serveral years ago. Anyhow I have received a questionnaire/ppi complaint form. Has anyone filled one in and were you successful with a payout? Any hints and tips? Davyo
Do it direct through the bank, it wont cost you. Dont get sucked in by a 3rd party claims company as they will take up to 62p in every pound.

I did it direct with Black Horse and got a few quid back, a work colleague who has had a lot of car loans etc did it through one of those cold call companies and it cost him 40% (might of been more) . Dominicrobed
I done it with money saving expert , downloaded a form easy ! And no one else gets any of it. If you use a 3rd party they get about 30%
