secretagentmole
So geordieh, how many premier league titles are there in the Sunderland cabinet, Sunderland are such a good team that's why their in a relegation fight, on the plus side with city spending all this money on players at least Sunderland get to buy our cast offs who can't even get in the team, and when they play for you there your best player. Try not to let the bitterness over run your view on football, be thankful to city that you get to watch some of the worlds best players week in week out to show you how the game should be played. Oh, your welcome ATB 425 Oh Chelsea fan then?

holly
the premier lg champions have been beaten this season by some poor teams but at least it makes the scousers season to beat them home and away .and when the season ends for liverpool winning no honours we will hear that famous scouse chant (wait till next season) lol
novice cushie shooter
I cant speak for all pool fans but imo the improvement this year is something to build on. They are playing fast attacking football and itsgreat to see and experience. Liverpool have been exciting in any 1 game than man who have been all season. Yes its dissapointing to not be in the cup finals but we were unlucky to get beat at arsenal and there is an excited buzz around anfield thats been missing the last 5 or 6 years. Utd were lucky it was 3 not 6 or 7 which it could well have been. Rodgers I believe is building something great and about time too!
Browning 425 clay hunter
The only worry for Liverpool fans is how long before barca/ Real Madrid come calling for Suarez because as soon as they do he's off. Delude yourself with the he loves the club but IMO when that big offer comes he's off.

evo
Liverpool I have to say have done well this season, I bet david moyes who left my beloved team for united must be crying himself to sleep every night, his biggest mistake was leaving Everton,he had a cushy job but was adamant he wanted to manage united, everything has to come to an end like the Liverpool era of the 70,s and 80,s when united then took over, football will soon go BANG due to the silly wages footballers are earning, its only joe public who will suffer when the club goes bang and folds, why football wages are not being not capped I,ll never know, my buddy was born and bread in Manchester and he always said a proper born manc supports city ,,man u fans come from outside Manchester, atb Evo

pegleg31
£40/50 million and he's gone. Contracts and buy out clauses aren't worth the paper there written on. Why at that price? Arsenal met HIS buy out clause not what the papers thought which to give permission to sell at £40 and 1p. Liverpool stood hard and made him stay, he's just signed another contract with a £120m buy out clause. Trust me if the right offer comes in and IF liverpool want to sell they will, at a price THEY want to do business at. Let's see how long it takes for Man U to fall from grace when they don't get CL this season and the miss out on the lost revenue to help pay the loans. Browning 425 clay hunter
Well played tonight, they beat a fantastic team. Yes totally agree with everything there. After all a sulking player who puts in his second transfer request if he does is always to command a maximum price isn't he, as we all know in football, clubs hold all the power and players just do as there told, don't they And by coincidence Liverpool just happened to put a massive buy out clause( the only reason is so they can haggle a better price when he does leave which all clubs do with a player who they know is leaving soon and just happened to double his wage as a thank you for the commitment and loyalty he's shown I'm guessing. If a player wants to leave its just a matter of time

overandunder2012
What's happened to all the Munchester fans.... they used to be a constant source of amusing banter with their regular posts lauding the club as the Greatest in The World ever amen. I'm not a football fan of course I support WestHam... ! Can I assume Manchester's second biggest club are not doing so well these days. they all got banged up Edited March 19, 2014 by overandunder2012
