JDog
I saw a very strong flight of pigeons today and followed them to a stubble turnip field. In half an hour I must have seen over 100 arrive in the field and they were very bold, not being perturbed in the slightest by my presence on a footpath. And that is just the point. The field is unshootable as there is a frequently-used footpath on one side and those houses in the picture on the other. The sheep will be strip grazed on the field for at least another two weeks and until that time, and the pigeons move elsewhere, those pigeons are safe.
