Drongo
I'm thinking of travelling over from Northern Ireland to GB to go to one of the game fairs this year... Which one should I attend...? I know CLA is biggest/best advertised, but it is the best...?

Brixsmaid
Haven't been for a few years, but I always liked the Midland GF myself - thought it was as good if not better than the CLA.

Westley
To be 'fair' (sorry) they are all the same really, pay through the nose to get through the gate so that you can spend some money, once inside. Just bought a brand new tweed coat by a famous maker, £130 off fleabay. Could have bought it at Midland Game fair, special show price £175 ? ? ? ?? flynny
I only bother with the local ones one ,I do make a point of going to the Cheshire one at Peover, they have the chainsaw carvers and it's a cracking day out.More of a country fair not a sales pitch Atb Flynny

Which one should I attend...? I know CLA is biggest/best advertised, but it is the best...? I been to a lot of the CLA ones over thirty years now , last one I went to was three years ago and it was a long hard day admission costs were ott seem big rise compared to other shows so this year I am thinking Midland game fair , I know its late in the year - Sept. but heard its the best and should at least be cooler ! Bleeh
Hi What's the east Anglian show like the one near Norwich ?? Thanks I (and many others) would say pants. Not much on topic, and a load of old unrelated **** being sold. I've not been in a couple of years. I do however still enjoy the much underrated (but small) Sandringham Gamefair. chady
We have been given free tickets... But still a long drive from Leicester. Is it so bad it's not worth the Agro or is it worth it with free tickets. Jamie I (and many others) would say pants. Not much on topic, and a load of old unrelated **** being sold. Ebay them tickets? - maybe put them up here? Edited April 15, 2014 by Bleeh
