Wait till the shops full and then go in,they wont know how quick to get rid of you.Did this with a 3 peice from the dreaded FCS.Took it back through on a Saturday in a transit after being ********ted on the phone for a week.I set it up righf outside the door and told them I would show people the **** they sold.

Five minutes later I had my refund & three overweight salesmen sweating their tits off trying to get it round the back.

hahahah Brilliant !

Agreed. Would have been the best solution.

Still feel u had bad service from Essex Gun the fella that came out the shop should have nipped it in the bud before it escalated into a problem for everyone to witness! He should have immediately taken you back in the shop offered a refund or exchange to resolve it for you!

Steer well clear of buying anything off them fellas...

Just had a long conversation with Romford on the phone. He said I can't get my money back antill edgar brothers recieve the gun!? how the *** does that work!

Mate just take it back, walk in put it on the counter and ask for a refund, sales of goods act...just be firm and demand a refund or you will contact trading standards and you will also tell BASC that they are selling unsafe firearms...and you will start a page on Facebook about them.. Sorted.if it aw near me I would come with you and sort it for you..

Agreed - Essex Gun sold you the gun so they should refund you, its not your problem if edgar bros supplied them with a faulty gun. i would contact trading standards now as the shop are messing you about and as someone has mentioned before technically sold you a fully automatic (ie illegal) shotgun.

This is horse ****!!! The gun is dangerous, any muppet can see that it is faulty. If the shop have provided you with a faulty gun, the shop should refund you. It's irrelivant what they do with the gun, they will get a new gun from edgar brothers or a refund, but you don't care about that, that's for them to deal with. I would seriously play hell in the shop, face to face is the only way! I would even maybe contact trading standards for some advice to arm myself before going in.

Some good advice above about going in when it is busy!! A gun should be no different to any other faulty item when you take it back to the place of purchase.
