Big Mat
I had two boxes, I shot a couple of rabbits with them, gave one box away to a mate and cut the rest open to get the shot for reloading.

anser2
Express 32gr steel are a pretty poor shell. They were the first steel shell I used about 15 years ago and I hated them. Left me an anti steel fowler for years until I tried the American or Gamebore loads. A mate bought 2 years ago some and they seemed unable to kill pigeons over 15 yards , but wounded plenty. And there was a lot of unburnt powder in the barrels. They are nowhere close to the same quality as Gamebore 32gr. Express lead loads are fine , but the bin is the best place for their steel loads. kent
The Express HP proofed shell is just fine 76mm 12ga for a gun proof of 1370 bar 36 grm load. Not as good as Gamebore mammoth imo but easy good enough. Killed duck and geese up to Canadas clean with number 3 at sensible ranges
