Davyo
Can anyone recommend a lighter rotary battery.I currently use a Ritar 12v 18ah/20hr which is great and runs all day on a standard rotary with 2 real pigeons. But its getting a bit of a strain to lug around. Jame
I use a Deben tracer lithium ion 12v 18ah which weighs only 900 grams and will easily power a magnet with dead birds for 2 days before recharge needed. If you are fanatical as I am about keeping weight down to a minimum then this is a must imo. Down side is the battery is £160 and then u need to crimp aux male plug to your magnet which is no big deal tbh. It was recommended to me and if you are serious about your shooting and can afford it get 1!

Davyo
Cheers bullet1747, I have resolved the issue by making a new trolly where I get everything on and the big battery is in the green holder on the front. It is well balanced and nothing moves on uneven ground, its very easy to pull or push. Got my rotary,battery,2x nets, hide poles, bucket seat,12 fuds,2x floaters my semi auto and 200 cartridges.
