wymberley
Very Lucky he wasn't a SNCO in the SAS who'd served with distinction.
Beretta06
Shouldn't his father also be charged with allowing access to firearms under his cert conditions?? It was surely the cert holder's responsibility to ensure the guns were secure when he was away?? Or did I miss something? :-(
welsh1
You have to ask where the continuity in sentencing is,and why it is not applied to it's full force as a deterrent to others, and also what happened to the father for letting his son have access to his firearms. Drugs+firearms=slap on the wrist
HDAV
Midgley, 31, of Bush Hill Lane, Flecknoe, near Rugby, was sentenced to a total of two months in prison suspended for two years, with two years supervision. So not even made a prohibited person You would have thought a farmers son would get a ticket easily enough if he wanted one ..... Also it was t clear if he lived with his father and borrowed the rifle "estate rifle" or took his dads rifle home? Also the 2 shotguns were they in a cabinet inspected at renewal? Remimax
wow would of thought that would of been a decent holiday with that amount of weapons held illegally.
Gordon R
Contrast this slap on the wrist with the other thread where a burglar got 5 years. I appreciate there are different levels, but this is a joke. He should be inside, with his father.
