saddler
The bipod snapping, or not using full stops, commas & other punctuation? NO to either one - and I try to avoid the shops on Wednesdays - they're full of Welshmen with broken Harris bipods.

Dougy
Good morning swampy i must admit though as politly as i can it does make it hard to understand some posts that are put up with out some kind of punctuation i have used harris for some years and never had one break but i do use with caution my big one if i use it on my sako due to the weight its nearly 14lb and on full extension it does bend the harris a bit but i dont normally use that one i use the small one off the vehicle i am sure that harris will sort it out or just take it back to the shop where you bought it from incedently is it the swivel type i could possibly see it breaking or if you panned across i could see it breaking have you seen have you seen the new primos shooting tri pod it will go very low enabling prone shots and standing shots a tad expensive though Edited April 29, 2014 by Dougy

kent
Never, it intrigues me to know were and how. I have been abusing Harris bipods for years and although a put a slight bend in my sitting one that's now a bit stiff to extend/ retract never have I done or seen such a thing from a real Harris
swampy
haven't had a days trouble with it, till last night so I will take it back to the gun shop tomorrow. and ask them to send it back to see if there was a flaw in the material. Dougy
Do you think you could of twisted it round as in panning round and the feet stayed put Photos
welshwarrior
Never had an issue with any Harris seen fakes break but not originals. Seen real Harris take some serious abuse in really rough conditions and not breakages, there's always going to be one or two though.
