rtaylor
I bought a pair of warne ones for my .243. I wouldn't buy another pair. I finally managed to get it zeroed but the turrets are pretty far off centre. They are also fiddly to fit and mount the scope. Obviously not a problem when it's on. They were the standard ones not quick detachable.

cooter
Like many others I have tried most makes of mounts. The best I found for RF are bkl double strap. They centralise themselves on the rail, and I found I could often take the scope off and put it back on without losing zero. I have had to shim others or put one of the mounts on the opposite way around to get them to align. Another good option is to use a lapping bar so that the scope is held evenly in both mounts. This can turn even cheap mounts into something reliable. If you really want to make your life simple buy a one piece weaver rail conversion and use genuine weaver six screw mounts. I bought my rails (25moa) from Kinneys in the US (make certain it is the one for your action) and the weaver mounts came from optics warehouse but they don't seem to have them on the website anymore. http://kinneysshootingsupply.com/452453455-11mmpicatinny-rail-alum-19018-p-1279.html Weaver mounts. http://www.weaveroptics.com/rings_bases/tactical/6-hole_picatinny_rings/ Optional picatinny top ring http://www.weaveroptics.com/rings_bases/tactical/picatinny_ring_cap/

bicykillgaz
I've always used sportsmatch mounts and never experienced or heard of anyone experience any sort of problem with them. There generally around the £20 mark and worth every penny.
