welshwarrior
No probs Daf. I think if I was doing a few stocks, as I expect you do, I would look into getting them dipped. I shouldn't imagine they would charge more than a fiver, if a door is £15. Proper job and leaves you with the nice bit More the fact you squash a door it doesn't break you squash the head of a sidelock stock and snap a horn off it cost 2 grand to replace. I like that control in my hands.
sheene7
If you have a car paint supplier nearby , ask them if they sell Starchem paint stripper. Think you can only get it in a 4 litre bottle , but that does the job .
walshie
I'm waiting for non-flammable petrol for the car now.

unclestuffy
If you use dichloromethane and smoke at the same time the vapour pulled though the fag turns into mustard gas......... not a well know safety risk

kingo15
Think my favourite warning so far was "Warning, this product contains nuts" (OF COURSE IT DOES, IT'S A PACKET OF PEANUTS!!!!!) We don't get anything fun anymore. Drain cleaners that don't clean drains are also available now. Oh we get stuff that definitely cleans drains out. Its quite lethal actually and its cheap from a merchants
amateur
If you use dichloromethane and smoke at the same time the vapour pulled though the fag turns into mustard gas......... not a well know safety risk Phosgene, actually - marginally less nasty, but not much. I used to work with a bloke who insisted on smoking whilst operating the degreaser - he survived, but got the sack when H & S spotted him
markws80
Unfortunatley the government has restricted the use of dichloromethane as it is a carcinogenic for professional use We still use it
