Hello, Telescopic rods are ok but you need to make sure they do not stick when opened out and retracted, more so if it is used in sea water, your better off with a 3/4 piece rod , Every time i used my beach rod and reel, , washed/dry and some 3 in 1 oil spray, over 40 years old and still good, I have looked at Aldi/Lidl fishing gear and for those who do not fish often it is ideal rather than a bigger spend on gear you leave in the shed

Didn`t fully understand the post by Williamson 10 years after the initial post but as Old`un said, it`s worthy of a GB, so GB+1.

Tightchoke must have been too busy at work to have noticed.

Aaah, so Williamson had a few links hidden in the post so the rest was just mumbo jumbo filler- have deleted and banned! Canadian canoe?! 🤣

More and more of the dreaded AI coming through on good old PW.   :cool1:
