WelshAndy
Well, after refinishing the stock on Ryan's 20 bore I thought it was only fair that I had a go! So got up around 7.15am grabbed the gun and dog and headed out for a walk. As I got towards the end of the field I could hear a few magpies so slowly stalked the area I could hear them. As I approached one flew out from an oak tree crossing from left to right, missed first barrel folded it second I stayed in the area for about 20 mins hoping something else might come into range, but nothing did. To my suprise about half way down the field from a blackthorn tree I flushed another magpie! First barrel folded it I was warned not to use it - now I think I may have a soft spot for it! Ryan won't be happy when he wakes up!!

Frenchieboy
Andy, did no-one ever tell you never to come between a young son and his new shotgun! You're obviously going to have to do a bit of creeping and grovelling now to gain a few brownie points back from Ryan now mate. Well done on the thieving black and white pests!
