Maldred4
Get some decent proper cider, not the strongbow rubbish and fill your jars up. Leave for a couple of weeks and Bobs your uncle - Slider!

Aled
Or get a bottle of cheap sherry a spoonfull of sugar add to the fruit and something different for the hip flask in a months time. I've done this with sloes and it is really nice. Cheers Aled

FatFreddysCat
Melt some cooking chocolate (can't remember the name, but the stuff in Sainsburys in a pale green wrapper is the best) remove the stones from the fruit and mix with the melted chocolate. Spoon into sweet cases and put in the fridge to set.
kenj
I'll be bottling some of my cider this month, just in time to strain off the sloe gin. Must try it in a few bottles.
