spready
Just bought a second hand BSA r10, it came with a moderator that was covered, removed the camo tape and by look it has a Weihrauch moderator, but it says .17hmr/.22lr on it, has anyone used a weihrauch moderator on there rimfire? Guest stevo
oh right , well I have never owned one , but a lad at a range I used to go to had one and from what I remember it looked a lot like the old parker-hale ones , worked very well though

toxo
Yes pretty sure its a HW moderator, but its got 17hmr/.22lr stamped on it Can't see why it wouldn't work but a .177 one will be a better fit and probably do a better job
Bewsher500
I have a HW air rifle mod on my short .22lr works perfectly, super light, very quiet (much more so than the SAK) can you open and strip yours/
The Mighty Prawn
Are you entering into dodgy ground though with an 'off ticket' mod? I'm pretty sure you'd be up for a spanking if you fit that to a rimfire without it being on your cert but I may be wrong...
Dekers
Yes pretty sure its a HW moderator, but its got 17hmr/.22lr stamped on it Has it Got a Birmingham or London Proof stamp next to that/anywhere?
spready
This is what it has printed on the moderator I haven't gotta worry about using it an not having it on ticket, as my license just says ' unknown moderator ' in both .17hmr and .22lr
