TIGHTCHOKE
It can be done but the wrist on a SxS is very thin and it will probably be done at YOUR risk. Contact Wabbitbosher and see if you can arrange a swop!
The Essex Hunter
hope this is the right place. i have a sxs that has a cast making it left handed i cannot sell it so thought about having it recast righthanded can it be done? What do you expect to make of the gun? Also how much cast will you put on it as it will vary to the person buying it.... If it is a £200 gun the cost ( 50-75) plus the risk of going over to how far you what it set, which brings me back to the second question... Yes you can but the value is the key TEH
HDAV
Left handers do exist ! I am one! Finding cast on guns can be a nightmare!!! You just need the right buyer Edited December 25, 2014 by HDAV

dougall
actually s/s are easier to bend than o/u.It is always done at 'your risk'...it is usual to slightly over bend as it will spring back a little........usually hot oil and viced/wedged overnight, expect to pay @ £100 if also having triggers slightly bent over too......They can and do do snap but not usual,if it has a lot of cast clearly will need alot of bending. If you intend to sell it see no point however in doing it....only do if you really need it done for your own gunfit purposes... welshwarrior
As above done at your own risk OU is harder due to stock bolt SbS is a simple but time consuming job.
