telf
sold a mk1 3 weeks ago because i lost night shooting permission, just got another one, always the way,so this would do the job nicely, and leave enough for a nice 20g maybe Edited January 21, 2015 by telf
Paul taylor
Here's mine. Well chuffed with it. With the Hawke scope with parallax and mildots I can see very clearly and shoot rats down to 3m and spot bunnies out to about 120m would do further with more IR too. Reckon about £140 with all the bits and bobs experimenting. Edited January 21, 2015 by Paul taylor
rabbiter
this is what ive come up with,I kept coming back to this thread, especially for the electronic bit(chopping wires),im very pleased with it and also built my mate one the same........ only one wire coming out of the box..........DAZ
Davyo
Nice one Paul, tidy job you've done, have you got the E700 in there? The Hawke parallax scopes are well suited to the E700 & EJ230,the 1st time I came across this scope was a build I did for an air rifle lad so I ordered one the minute he left my house.£140 is a cracking budget for this build when you consider £650 for a NS200. Paul taylor
Cheers Davey yeah it's the KPC 700 PUB camera from sure 24 screen from there too. Followed your advice with the scope pal and sure works well, reckon my simmons WTC was clearer at long range for spotting but nowhere near as good at air rifle shot ranges also the mildots are a god send when up close and personal wi the rats. Forgot to add battery on so can put £20 on the price of mine but could save that using a cheaper screen. Just need to find some rabbits to shoot now, any ideas🐰
