Well i have only had my cocker pup a week , but he had to go to the vet this morning . He had sickness and diarrhoea , and shaking. The vet said he had an infection , gave him an injection of anitbiotic and some salts to mix in water to stop him becoming dehydrated. She also said dont feed him until tonight and then give him scrambled egg. Well i'm glad to say his is on the mend although still not himself. Fingers crossed he will be back to normal tomorrow.I'm sure it was something he ate in the garden when he scratching about.

Hope all works out well, dogs are very silly with what they eat, my 2 labs are always eating or trying to eat abandoned food on the streets when i walk them. When my first lab was 20 weeks old she must have eaten somthing outside and she had the same problems as your puppy. They are stronger then people think and iam sure he/she will make a full recovery as did my dog, although a 20 week old lab with a food posiening is not a nice think to be near!
