Old farrier
Back to the hotel And reflect on the day I had met the club president and club champion Who explained the gun down shooting style To the staff they were amused On to dinner had a southern steak so to be multi cultural chose a northern dish pie for the Wigan members Edited July 20, 2015 by Old farrier
Old farrier
Day three Forend cut and fitted to my hand a bit tricky as I wanted a tulip forend we also discussed balance of the gun and as the cast was put on before drilling for stock bolt minimal wood was removed from the inside of the stock leaving a touch more weight in the but coupled with a lighter slimmer forend a livlier gun is the result anyway long day lunch with some other clients and gun finished all bar the oil so time to test it out
Old farrier
This was a bit nerve racking as there was a large crowd and to be honest I'm not that much of a clay shot onward to the trap house to be greeted by the club champion and trapper who gave me a safety talk and explained ground rules The trapper Edited July 20, 2015 by Old farrier
