oldypigeonpopper
any good ?? http://cz-usa.com/product/cz-455-american-combo-22-lr-17-hmr-5-rd-mags/ hello, thanks so looking at the spec on that model it has a 20.5 inch barrel and walnut stock so with a 16 inch and synthectic fitted it should be a fair bit lighter. cheers
69chris
i always thought my 452 hmr felt a right heavy ole lump to lug about, then i took the scope off one day to give it all a proper clean up and was amazed how different the rifle felt scope'less, i know the scope has to weigh something but it seems so much more once mounted back on the rifle well, i know what im on about anyway

kennym
hello, its already in the gun shop put by for me. Just a thought, I had a cz 452 with a 12.5 inch barrel I sold it last month to a lad on here, my point is it lost no accuracy and was brilliant for shooting out of a vehicle, it also weighed a lot less, you could always have it cut down if you really felt you needed that extra weight saving. Rst1990
I was torn between the varmint and American cz 455 I opted for the American as the varmint has a heavy barrel. Most of my shooting is field work and I'm always on foot so a heavy barrel was no use to me. Atb

Atb hello, thankyou for that, so the CZ american with 16in barrel is lighter than the varmit, then should be even lighter as i am have a synthetic stock fitted. Hope this helps Edited August 5, 2015 by Rst1990
