thats why iv named myself the "plastic doctor" i just washed them and gave them a light coat of this plastic dye spray stuff iv got, brought them up a treat :good::good:

 

 

been using "juice of a 1000 virgins " from leeds area no doubt........did you collect yourself or did you buy it cold and in a bottle...........

i always collect it myself, straight from the tap :oops::oops:

 

 

when he comes down to see me im hiding up my rubber tyres on the landrover and putting wooden wheels on...............mustnt get him toooo exited.. :lol::lol:

Random question time but could you tell me the size of the roof panel? There's one on ebay near me but I need to see if it will fit in the van but my roof is 20 miles away so tricky to measure without a really long tape measure. Thanks

i may of miss read your question, i thought you wanted me to measure the roof, or did you mean the top skin?

anyway, if it helps the roof is 80" long and 57" wide :good::good:

cheers chaps, i am fairly pleased with myself, although iv had lots of help of my mate, help and advise off the PW massive,

 

im just really looking forward to it being done, stripes of and take some good pictures of it in the sun, and then get blathered :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

It's a work van so no roof rack and it's a Peugeot Partner not that big. A mate that is visiting tomorrw HAD a transit and that would have been no trouble but they have given him the next model up from mine that is still not quite big enough. Typical! What's really annoying is the roof is only about 10 miles away.

try hire a van and a man, i got a large dining table a few years ago of ebay, huge thing it was, got a man and a van, 5 mile from blokes house to pick it up, 10 mile to mine, £30, very pleased with that price, either that or carry the ******* home :lol::lol:

I would be worried about build quality. That is a fair sized ding in the panel, plus a bit of rust, bottom hinge on door looks out of plumb, paint runs, panels seem multi-coloured.

 

Not a patch on Lee's motor.

Don't really want to debate the listing with you- was simply a post reflecting value.
