well after sending my rear brake cylinders back as id ordered 109" ones that were 1 1/4" diameter and ordering some correct ones, they have only sent me the same ones out today :no: been in touch with him and he said there rite, i told him they wernt so he asked the year, i said 1982 hence me ordering the ones for s3 from 1980 onward, he said they fit all 88" and 109" up to 1980, ******* plank, £6 it cost me to send them back, ill not be paying another £6,

and whilst checking my brakes the last couple of times my mate has now spotted the swivel pins and other bits and bats are all wrong and bodged so iv have to buy 2 overhaul kits for them at £30 each, will my brake lines ever get made up :lol::lol:

its all good fun :good::good:

on the swivel pins if i remember....there is some sort of hard fibre bush at the top and the bottom should have a tapered bearing and race........very easy to change...just get the shims right....too many......it is loose.....not enough ...very tight...........something like that anyway.......
