tignme
Two, Barry n Ewan members and their friends Stevie n Stevie turned out for sundays shoot at Sawerston farm Ayrshire. The day was saved a wee bit by two novices and one of the farm brothers. Wee bit slow but the day turned out ok. When ewan left we all had another round jioned by one of the novices father who also had a go. nine stands with pairs of 3s 4s and 5s in simultaneous and report pairs making up 72 birds in total. A few tough pairs resulting in Barry 45 Ewan 39 Steve 39 cant remember other steves score. And its goodnight from Barry.
johnphilip
Would love to have come along, but had a bleeding virus for over a week, and did not want to spread it about, it does not seem to want to shift, i do hope the wee shoots keep going. Would be nice to meet some of PW members. Thanks for the update.
Ewan
Yes was a gd day but I think it a gd idea to leave the next date till after the shooting season in February at some point the best turn out was cluny so might even head back there and see what ppl think about making it a Saturday or leave it a Sunday but we need the members to honestly tell us what suits them and where the best
johnnytheboy
Gents, I'm tied up with game shooting unfortunately which is a shame as the fun days have been superb, it's great to meet everyone and get a day out. I fear that if I try to squeeze in some game shooting it might push the wife over the edge. Nevertheless I don't feel we should let this idea fizzle out and we should make plans to keep the spirit alive! Get a date set For the Spring! We could dependant on members thought maybe plan an away day! How's about the Shooting show in May or something like that? We could jump into a couple of cars and split the fuel bill, just a few ideas to chew over the winter!

Andra
Hi i would be interested in coming when the game season finishes. Im familiar with cluny braidwood and morton and within 50 mins of them. You are welcome to come along to the next one. I agree with Johnny lets not let it fizzle out but arrange something for the spring sometime as they have been good. PS Hope the surgery goes well Tam have been there with the shoulder surgery (on the non shooting side) and the recovery was quite lengthy.
