Britz
Hi All I am from South Africa and recently bought an old Lincoln No2. According to FAIR it is SR690 Trap. I found out the hard way that when selecting the bottom barrel first, I had a double discharge every time. I am now looking for an exploded diagram of the gun but cannot find anything. The drawing that FAIR sent was incorrect. The other question is, are you able to get spares for these old girls. I am leaving to Scotland on Saturday for 2 weeks and was hoping to get the required parts while in the UK Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and kind regards
B25Modelman
Perhaps refer to the previous post Ref Lincoln No2 Sideplate screw. The OP may be able to point you to a spares supplier.
Vince Green
If you google 'gun manuals' there are a lot of free websites that might be useful. If I remember correctly the Lincoln range was imported by John Rothery, have you spoken to them? that might be a starting point. but really any good gunsmith should be able to sort it out Edited October 29, 2015 by Vince Green
Fatcatsplat
Midway used to have a whole bundle of exploded gun drawings online
ChrisAsh
Sounds like it could be the selector switch, try getting the gun cleaned & serviced as any gunsmith should be able to sort it out, plenty in Scotland I understand Edited October 29, 2015 by ChrisAsh

Britz
Thanks Guys. I have the John Rothery drawing and unfortunately they are of the newer design. Mine is the older model. Thanks again
Bad Monkey
Had the same problem on my Lincoln No2 game gun. Gunsmith sorted it for not much £££. Don't know what he did, but he didn't require any parts. Edited October 29, 2015 by Bad Monkey
Gunman
No or very few spares available from Rothery for older guns, that's pre their taking on the name from Nickerson . There are and have been changes in the guns over time so one diagram may not be accurate . I would also doubt that a diagram would be much help , It is a matter of analysing the problem which could be one of half a dozen things that sometimes take experienced people a while to work out going through a process of elimination and examination of the possible causes that can range from weak springs ,wear , buckled main spring guides , etc.etc.
