Holmesy961
Hi All I have just bought a Miroku MK38 and there are a few marks on the stock I would like sorting out. The mid bead is also missing on the barrels and I would like it replacing. Does anyone know of anyone who would do a good job of this in the north east of england? Salopian
Gunman, possibly could help you or point you in the right direction. He is a regular contributor on this site . If not try John Foster

B25Modelman
The middle bead can probably be bought from Ant

figgy
Tip forget location and get to one of the pigeon watch guys to sort out by post. Fit the mid bead yourself and take the wood off the gun and post it to WelshWarrior or others folk on here recommend PS put your location on it helps. Holmesy961
Evening all, many thanks for all your help, i have found someone who is willing to do my stock and forend. As for the mid bead, it seems to be a push fit and is snapped below the flush rib, can anyone recommend a tool or a skill to remove it? 👍 Edited November 27, 2015 by Holmesy961

Junkyard Dog
usually these centre beads are plastic, if you look under the rib you will see the bottom hanging down, push the bead down and file it away with a nail file, repeat until it falls out. OR heat a needle, insert into beadand leave to cool in, then pull, if it leaves the bead, a spot of super glue on tip of needle and reinsert, dry then pull out.. I usually use the file method, just dont file the barrel......
