subsonicnat
Blokes who Book days on a regular basis tend to go for No 4 shot on these high birds anyway. My lad is a gamekeeper up north, very high birds of the cliff, Bloke who shot for England was a master at it, I know, I was the Gun Behind him. welshwarrior
Personally I feel longer barrels and a weightier gun offers some real advantages here. The overal weight absorbs the heavier cartridges, the longer barrels takes more weight out in front and improves the swing, however personally I prefer a neutral balance still. Personal choice is the older 682s spotter with 32" barrels.
