team tractor
Tonight I thought I'd cook up some of the munty I shot a week ago . Seasoned with salt and pepper , giant stuffed mushroom, chips and cous cous. Blooming lovely. It's nice to shoot , prepare , cook and eat
panoma1
Venison is not to my taste, so I do not stalk, but according to friends who do, Muntjac is the best tasting venison! That meat looks very nice tho! Lol

Dunkield
Can't beat the field to fork experience. Well done Panoma1 have you tried fallow? It's said to be the best introduction to venison so if you haven't tried it give it a go, you may well enjoy it.
Lord Geordie
Venison has to be one of the best tasting meats out there! I love kangaroo also! Just a shame its so bloody expensive! I cant believe how little some stalkers get for a carcass, and how much a small cut of venison is in the shop!

team tractor
I enjoyed it that much I may have to defrost a rear leg this weekend L G in asda I've see. The size of tea bags at £4 each and I normally pay £45 a fallow /£30 a munty off my mates. I'm lucky it's a free shoot
