rodp
I have 4 airguns 1 i am going to sell and the other 3 will be cut up with an angle grinder in to bits and thrown in the council skip, i dont want to give the cops the chance to do as they have done in the past in Edinburgh, when guns/knifes handed in were sold on or ended up in private collections Why ? Just sell all 4 and (A) give someone else the chance to own them (especially if they're "classics") and (B) make at least a little money from it. The Mighty Prawn
Just out of curiosity is there anyone one here who lives in England or Wales but has permissions North of the border? Does that mean you need a visitor permit or a full blown?

The vast majority of shootings are carried out with deliberate intent....but not the one which started this particular ball rolling, admittedly. Andra
I'm up a BSA Airsporter & a Gamo airpistol so far....with a Webley Vulcan & a pre-war unknown under-lever air rifle due shortly. ...and that's without me putting cards up in the local newsagents & supermarkets....YET! What a great idea!!
Dekers
Those of a certain age will remember the Brockock malarkey, there are various suggestions how many of those remain unlicensed, but the consensus is masses of them! This will be a wasteful mess in Scotland.
mick miller
I'm not sure why the public have to pay to administrate this? Surely the 'Scottish Oil Industry' should cover the costs as it was proposed by Lenin and his cohorts that it would cover just about everything else Scotland needed from housing to roads, education and the massive social services and NHS bills? Wouldn't these costs just vanish like a drop into an ocean when compared with that lot? So come on Sturgeon, you bottom feeder, let's get the oil industry to foot the bill for certification!
