Styla247
Hi guys I was Invited out by Popa Bear to help thin out a few Corvids. It was a good day. We ended up with 23, 21 in the picture because as we drove out the field we found the missing one. Popa Bears dog Ty found another one today. We were sooting over a field of planted Barly. They were decoying occasionally as well. Just want to say a massive thanks to Popa Bear for the invite. Hes a top bloke. Thanks guys. popa bear
Sorry mate you had better make that 23 dog found the one in the back field we lost.As for the barley guys it was put in about a month and a half ago because of the bad weather and is about 3 / 4 inches high the corvids were traveling between a freshly chopped mixed field and a dairy farm over the barley field and some slowed for the decoys hope this clears it up
robbiep
Up here in North Wales some farms have been drilling in maize as recently as 2 weeks ago. It has been a horribly late spring.
WelshMike
Nicely done mate Maize drilling was taking place last week round here and some of the spring barley has barely made it out of the ground. Looks like there will be a longer then usual gap between the winter wheat and spring barley combining this year.
