hushpower Posted June 5, 2016 Report Share Posted June 5, 2016 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SENDING ME TEXTS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN GETING THEM GOT ON TO VODAFONE THEY SENT ME A NEW SIM CARD FREE OF CHARGE SAYING IT MAY BE DUE TO A OLD SIM CARD, PUT THE NEW CARD IN TRIED TO CONNECT TO NETWORK ONLINE NO JOY.GOT THROUGH TO A ONLINE OPERATER AT 5PM LAST NIGHT THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD BE CONNECTED TO A NETWORK IN 2- 24 HOURS THE DEADLINE IS MORE OR LESS UP. walshie Posted June 7, 2016 Report Share Posted June 7, 2016 I got out of a contract with O2 when I moved as they couldn't supply a working service in this area. I had to give them a chance to fix it, and they couldn't. You probably won't be able to just get out of your contract unless they can't provide the service. Having a dodgy handset/sim card/settings wouldn't be a reason unless they had exhausted all means of trying to get it to work. Just my opinion of course.
