scorpius Posted November 9, 2016 Report Share Posted November 9, 2016 I have just completed an continuation form for my FAC application and notice that one of the questions asks have I ever been charged with any offence including speeding, I cannot remember seeing this question on previous applications, what ramifications would it have if I answered yes. By 'continuation' forms do you mean the three extra forms following the application forms which are optional to complete?
