Westley
Nice but that cylinder barrel I'm not sure about no choke I have shot I/C and 3/4 choke in my S x S for over 35 years and never felt undergunned. I fire the 3/4 or back trigger first, then the I/C.
wabbitbosher
You don't really need tight chokes for game shooting If you plan to eat what you shoot tight chokes tend to make a mess
blasterjudd
Cylinder choke is great for an English sxs don't be put off you should kill most birds cleanly.... I've got a mint W J JEFFERY there real.classy Guns which aren't repeated in any new Guns today !!! This gun will be light and well balanced and fast for partridges and pheasants etc The stock might be new on this one if you compare it with the forend colouring but doesn't really detract from its value... Someone's gonna get a real bit of heritage for an excellent price if they act fast .... Don't let it go for refinishing you can do most yourself if you take your time and the gun will easily double it's value .....? Evilv
Nice but that cylinder barrel I'm not sure about no choke Could have done with that barrel on my half and full choke sbs yesterday when I let fly in close cover with the half choke barrel at a hen pheasant that was 15 yards off. It was a reactive shot, not a thought out one and I haven't yet started preparing the corpse for the freezer, but she may be 'smashed'.
