old'un
Well knowing the Yanks, just a matter of time, mind you its frightening to think what these could be used for in the wrong hands.
Trenta
Hi I know this is an old post now, but I bought a pair of these and had the same problem as Delwint. After playing around with these for a a bit and watch a few videos on you tube I realised that I had inserted the wings wrong - like in the up position, which is what looks to have happened in Delwints pictures. When correctly inserted, the wings should lay flat, which when that happens, they fly fine. Delwint, did you ever get this sorted?
Delwint
Hi Trenta, no I threw them in the garage and that’s where they still are 🤣
TIGHTCHOKE
My shooting Mate has a pair of the Enforcers and has already had a second pair of rods sent to him. The ends that are peened to stop them moving become loose over time and then require gluing, not what you'd expect from a supposedly premium product with a premium cost. Is it the part on the long rod that pushes into the tube under the decoy, the bit with the little bobble, as he calls it. Cannot believe the prices of some of these plastic decoys, bet they cost a couple of £ from China. Edited October 1, 2018 by old'un

Yes the part with the brass coloured stud that extends to lock in to the articulated tube in the opening on the decoy. if it turns you invariably end up with an upside down decoy. Not very clever for the price.
