figgy
Ha ha makes me larf it does. They are adapters not barrels, if that was the case any offcut of tube or pipe under 24" you could fit a cart in would be section 5 or fac.
Harry136
I've got some 12>410 from little skeeters, they are good, but the big problem is that to get the fired cartridge out to need to remove the whole device and punch out the spent cartridge with a rod! Floating Chamber
The Browning Little skeeters have no proof marks. Adapters do not need them! OK, in my day, (1962) my Webley .410 adapter was proofed. Some adapters even have a slot milled out the entire length of the adapter. I have the full set of Little Skeeters. Love 'em! In the American Patent for a very short adapter, it claims the adapter can be made from any suitable metal OR EVEN PLASTIC!
nabbers
Parker Hale used to do one for the Webley .455 pistol in .22 didn't they?

impala59
Just got my 10 to 12 little Skeeters so can use the elderly Ithaca Flues with some light stuff. Have to watch the swing though as that 11 and a half pound monster will want to swing into next week!
snarepeg
Have just turned one on the lathe,20 to 410. Start with a brass 20guage snap cap, piece of steel tube to 410 diametere drill snap cap to fit tube in tight (coat with epoxy glue or similar and let it set. Turn face of tube to accept the 410 head/rim, it works a treat and patters very well.

ChrisAsh
I brought little skeeters 12g to 410 some years ago and found they would not extract the fired cases, asked the company and they stated they were designed for Win aa cases where as the European cases expand more when fired and jam in Tube sets are the best solution one gun four gauges and little weight difference, some of them are universal fit a make just not backbored guns
