discobob
And I really liked it - it was a 2003 K80 in excellent condition. I normally shoot a 32" Summit Impact Black (for the past two years) and I have shot a 98, but mainly low to mid 90's in Skeet with it (today was a 95) where I shoot pre-mounted. However I had 40ish shells through the K and straight away felt like it should be low mounted (on shoulder but head up with gun nowhere near face while calling) and I centred everything and it felt as fast as anything. My mate who buttoned for me said I looked effortless shooting with it and the worst thing was that I wasn't even trying. So - now - what do I do.......?? Is my CG holding me back? Do I risk a bedsit for the rest of my life and buy it?
figgy
Buy one, I did as a few friends have them and shot well with them. My scores jumped ten percent when I got mine. Just suits me.
discobob
Buy one or buy that one? £5K for a 2003 with steel hangers and steel chokes? Hopefully Monday I may be able to get a full history for this one as I know someone who knows someone
Smokersmith
Centred everything and looked effortless ... even with steel hangers and chokes !!!!
discobob
Centred everything and looked effortless ... even with steel hangers and chokes !!!! It was more a question around the price - not the effect on my shooting

samboy
If you like something and you can afford it then buy it as your a long time dead. That's my humble opinion.
Guest stevo
I agree with the above. If you can afford it and it's something you really want then go for it and then have the gun set up right for you. I did the same a few months ago with a brand new DT11 trap and my averages have gone up a fair bit. Now I'm 52% as good as smokersmith on the ABT 👍
jasper682
Buy one . It's in your head now. So you have to go through the process. Treated myself to a dt11 and am loving it.. As had been said your a long time dead. Jasper.
