Will 1994
Just curious what everyone's HW100KT straight out the box power is ?
Mice!
So is yours well down or up? Think people have mentioned this before on new Guns, they can be low so the manufacturer knows there not going to get caught out with over powered rifles . chrisjpainter
HW100's are usually fine out of the box - but some have a habit of creeping up to naughty levels. It's worth keeping an eye on. Having said that the 110's are doing the reverse - they start out fine and gradually drop and drop
Will 1994
Well mine is bang on 10.5 but I don't know if that's normal and may bed in
Mice!
Ultra stu put some info on a while back about power and what the power is at a given range, I wouldn't worry about your rifle being 10.5 so long as it stays at that and its accurate, you won't need to worry about pellet weights and being over power. Will 1994
Very accurate and very consistent mate through the chrono
Ultrastu
10.5 is the minimum id accept for a sub 12 . And I do have guns that run around 10.6 - 10.7 fpe .and they kill well and win competitions .
bumpy22
forget worrying about the output of a sub 12ftlb. the main thing is how accurate and consistent the gun is and these are fantastic.find it hard to believe they would be over the limit after the testing that is carried out
Ultrastu
Many brand new guns can and are over the limit straight out of the box . I've had a few . Had a springer doing 13.5 fpe .brand new .

chrisjpainter
forget worrying about the output of a sub 12ftlb. the main thing is how accurate and consistent the gun is and these are fantastic.find it hard to believe they would be over the limit after the testing that is carried out well, they do! as Ultrastu and a fair few others have found out! some 100's seem to take a while to bed in, once they have done the power's crept up to over 12, but it's not something that can be ruled out by factories. It's by no means a high percentage though, so the vast majority that leave at the tested level of 11.5 (give or take) won't creep up. The ones that do though are a problem
