Alex C
Hi, I'm using vet bed at the moment for my two labs who live out. However I find it gets a bit smelly quite quickly and when I do wash it in the machine, the hair almost sticks to it. Is there a better alternative ? One of them is a chewer as well so nothing expensive. What are the Tuffie beds like ? Are they really indestructible ? Thanks in Advance
PERCE
You could use teabag material, http://www.jswhorseboxes.co.uk/ in Northallerton stock it
Konnie
I use shredded paper/cardboard brought in a large bale use about a third change every 3 months soaks up water from fur, and they can make beds in it. Think it is intended for horses.
Bigbob
I got that shredded tea bag bale from a mate no used it yet but the whole sheds smelling of tea , no fussy about the ferrets but can see it handy if you show the dogs and the judge likes a cuppa
Penelope
Lab the Destroyer hasn't made an impact on this. http://www.tuffies.co.uk/tuffies-dog-beds.asp?ProductId=4 Hi, I'm using vet bed at the moment for my two labs who live out. loriusgarrulus
http://www.kurandadogbeds.co.uk These work well. Like Tuffies they are based on not letting the dog get its teeth closed round anything. A friend with a bed destroying beagle found these lasted with him. Alex C
Thanks guys I'll might give the tea bag stuff ago as I live not far from Northallerton. If that's no good I may have to splash out on a Tuffie bed Cheers
