Gordon R
Quote Have a blanket ban on all bull breeds for say, 10 years? Not a prayer of working. There are many dogs, large and small which could do real damage. A few years ago there was talk of banning Rottweilers. As has been said, it's the owners. Quite right, look how well the pitbull ban worked (I'm being sarcastic just in case anyone's left wondering). It'd be about as effective as banning legal ownership of guns to stop the gang shootings that happen in inner city's. Agreed but sadly it will never happen? Seemingly the current situation is that no one is ever responsible for anything they have done? Quite how we ever arrived here is beyond my reckoning.
